Harvard Management Company

This high-end project involved the total teardown and rebuilding of three floors of a Boston office building with over 48,000 square feet of occupied space.  Work was done around the daily activity schedule of tenants, including a stock brokerage company which operated a trading floor and computer center.  Joining with architectural and engineering firms, we successfully completed the project as scheduled.
